FAQ
- What files do I need?
- Stem files — each track exported individually. WAV, FLAC, AIFF, MP3, and M4A are supported. At least 2 tracks required.
- How long does it take?
- Previews are usually ready within minutes. Final mixes and masters vary by track count but are completed same-day.
- What genres are supported?
- Pop, rock, hip-hop, electronic, metal, acoustic, classical, and more. A genre-matched processing profile is applied automatically.
- Can I get revisions?
- Dialogue Mix lets you revise previews unlimited times during your session. Omakase Mix allows up to 5 previews.
- What format is the final file?
- Final mixes and masters are delivered as WAV. Previews are MP3.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Just an email and a credit card. If you create an account later, your session history carries over.
- What if something goes wrong?
- For processing errors or billing questions, email support@mued.jp. We respond within 2 business days.
- What happens if I cancel mid-month?
- You keep access to Hoo Pass until the end of your current billing period. Auto-renewal stops immediately. To cancel, email support@mued.jp.
- Do unused credits roll over?
- Yes. Your monthly 100cr rolls over indefinitely while your Hoo Pass subscription is active. A 30-day grace period applies after cancellation.
- Can I get a receipt?
- Yes. Stripe automatically sends a receipt to your email address when payment is processed.
- Will prices change without warning?
- We're in research beta, so pricing is still being finalized. Any changes will be communicated to waitlist members by email in advance.
- Is there a free plan?
- Paid plans only (Hoo Pass $5.99/mo). However, waitlist members get one free mix diagnosis session.
